Benard Torres joined Riches investment consultancy ltd in May 2015.

Mark qualified as a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (UK) and subsequently completed post graduate studies at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France. He is also a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.

He has held senior finance roles in a number of major multinational companies across a wide variety of geographies and industries, including Benard Torres the UK, the USA, Switzerland, and Germany etc.

Mark has extensive experience in all areas of corporate finance including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, funding, and investment management.

He has also worked directly on various restructuring and recovery situations where process re-engineering, hands-on management, and alignment of all stakeholders was critical.
