Monica Sanches – Company Secretary and General Counsel

Monica Sanches is Riches investment consultancy ltd's General Counsel, responsible for legal risk management across the Riches investment consultancy ltd.  This includes insurance, corporate governance, business and commercial risk and contractual arrangements.

Taking responsibility for the legal and company secretarial functions, Monica draws upon extensive experience gained advising numerous internal and external client structures in a variety of business areas; all strengthened by her legal and analytical skills

Monica is a solicitor of England and Wales; qualifying as a finance lawyer in 2001, she spent ten years in the city working for Thomas Cooper, a shipping firm, and Travers Smith, a leading corporate, financial and commercial law firm. She moved to Jersey in 2010 to work for a large Channel Islands firm before moving to Kleinwort Benson where she worked as legal counsel for two years.
